This frame is as hardcore as it can get from Oakley. If you are in the armed forces, sports or work that requires maximum protection for your eyes, look no further. It surpasses ANSI Z87.1 Industrial Standards for high-mass and high-velocity impact protection. Additionally the M Frame 2.0 meets US MIL SPEC (military specification) MIL-PRF-31013. That is a tough set of requirement and proven in combat in the recent US campaigns in the Middle East.
