Help for Visitors in Singapore: The Tourist Hotline and Visitor Centres (2026) | Visiting Singapore

By the WahLiao desk · Last updated 4 October 2026

For tourist help in Singapore, call the Singapore Tourism Board’s Tourist Information Hotline on 1800-736 2000, or +65 6736 2000 from overseas, on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. In person, Singapore Visitor Centres in places such as Chinatown, ION Orchard and Raffles City give maps, tips and help planning your days, and one at W Singapore Sentosa Cove is open 24 hours. In an emergency, call 999 for the police or 995 for an ambulance or fire.

Most questions are answered by your phone, your hotel or the person next to you on the MRT. For the rest, Singapore keeps real people on hand to help visitors.
